Zumba Gold every Friday

Zumba Gold takes the winning Zumba formula and adapts it for older participants. It is low impact but still with the moves and music we love.
This dance-fitness class includes salsa, Charleston, Bollywood, cha cha cha and more.

Every Friday (except January) in the Hall from 9am-10am. The cost is $10. Pay as you go.
